Join us on August 5th for our 5th annual charity golf tournament hosted at the Guelph Lakes Golf & Country Club.

For over 67 years, JFAO has created leaders and volunteers through its programming. JFAO has remained a recognizable influence across the province in preparing future leaders in different communities. Close to one hundred thousand past members can trace their development and matrimonial match making to the opportunities that Junior Farmers provided to them and people they met during their youth. Let’s help maintain such an organization for future generations.

Located just outside Guelph along beautiful Guelph Lake on Highway 24, Guelph Lakes Golf and Country Club will be ground zero for the tournament for a third time. A shotgun start playing a scramble format will start at 12:30 pm sharp, preceded by JFAO’s own Hit-The-Implement Contest and a barbecue lunch. A $10,000 Hole-in-One contest, sponsored by KOOL FM, who has partnered with Donovan Insurance Brokers, best dressed team and a driving range will be some of the contests.  Sponsorship is available for holes, contests, carts and lunch.

The funds raised on August 5th will help JFAO with its signature provincial programs such as; the longest running Leadership Camp in Canada; an agriculturally themed competition Autumn Profile; the culturally focused Sing Swing and its day to day operations. JFAO is also thankful for the support of its members, personal donations, and corporate sponsors including the Dairy Farmers of Ontario, the Canadian International Farm Show, Ontario Federation of Agriculture and the North Waterloo Farmers Mutual Insurance Company.
