Then welcome an international exchange delegate into your home for a week or two and get an experience of a lifetime!

Applying to host an international visitor can be a fun and rewarding experience!  During your guest’s visit, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about another culture, show off your area, and make a new friend.  Delegates stay with host families for one or two weeks.

Host families & clubs are responsible for ensuring delegates have:

• a safe, clean & comfortable environment
• a place to sleep, preferably a bed in a private bedroom
• meals at home
• safe transportation to family & club activities, and to the next host.
• opportunity to do laundry
• free time & appropriate privacy

• paying for meals outside the home (must be kept within reason)
• paying for long distance phone calls
• paying delegate admission fees
• personal expenses/souvenirs etc.

Please note delegates will only be hosted by households with at least one other member of the same gender.  Zones 4,5 and 7 hosting forms are due by April 15th and Zones 1, 2 and 3  are due by May 30th, 2012.
